Hey Everybody!!
I know its been awhile since I last wrote but things have been quite busy around here!! I got back from San Antonio, didn't even have a full week to move into my apartment when I left for leave on Friday to go home for a wedding.

I spent the weekend with some great friends and enjoyed the wedding with Phil. I flew home Sunday night and have been attempting to do more organizing and decorating of the apartment since.
Yesterday, (Wednesday)

I had my first round of steriod injections. The best way to describe it was they gave me 6 epiderals in my back that went directly inbetween the veterbrae that are in my upper back/neck. It was extremely painful, I did everything I could during the procedure not to think about it, when it was time for me to sit up from lying on my stomach, I got a huge headrush and then had to take extreme time just to be able to stand and walk to my recovery room. There I became nauseated and still felt really out of it. Come to find out he'd numbed my neck. Well after my recovery time (25 mins) I walked to the counter to make my follow-up apt. I had to hold onto the counter when I was walking, it felt like I was tipping back onto my heels and was going to fall. No wonder they require a driver to be with us! So SGT Steeb was there to help me out to his car, and then also to help me into the hospital so we could go back to work...well, CH Conner saw the condition I was in, and asked why I was even at the office. The doctor said I could return to work so I did. I told him I was fine ( even though I had no center of gravity and couldn't move my head/neck.) so I ate lunch and thats when the numbing started to wear off...and thats when the pain set in. I took CH Conner's offer then, and went home. SGT Steeb took me home and about 20 mins later SPC Nyczaj (Ni-Chi) arrived to "babysit" so we got to hang out, and then I bought us some pizza for dinner. Today I have full range of motion in my neck from side to side however its painful. I can move about half-way through putting my chin to chest or tipping my head back to where it becomes painful. I'm told within a few days I should feel better than I did prior to the procedure...I still vote no matter how good the results, never to do this again...maybe now I can convince my doc to start my chapter paperwork. I need to go see my chiropractor today but I'm afraid it will hurt, maybe I'll pop down there this afternoon and just tell him I'm hurting and to be kind...
In other news, I've put up a few decorations for the apartment and for halloween up in my apartment...here's a picture of the window decorations I've put up...
