New Family Member!!!

BurNie Earl has joined the small Woodard family!! Zeke and Earl haven't met yet, as Zeke is at mom's and Earl is staying at the apartment...but, once we finish moving into the apartment then they will finally meet!!

I've had a really full week this past week! Took 2 different zoo trips and paid the deposit on the apartment! I move in on Tuesday!! I can't wait!! Watch for pictures from the trips either later on today or tomorrow!!!

Moving on up!!

Thats right! Zeke & I are on the move again!! This time its only like 2-3 blocks up to main street where my family owns a store front building and the 3 apartments above the store! I will be moving into one with room for 3 bedrooms, a very large kitchen, living room, and full out bathroom! I'm pretty excited!! Zeke and I will be making the big move at the end of this month and beginning of the next, in between all of the church camps that I have the first 2 weeks of August! Busy busy Emily!! Ahhhh its so good, no its so GREAT to be back home! Things are finally falling back in line and I couldn't be happier!

TODAY I BECAME A...

NIU HUSKIE!! I'm so excited I just wanted to share that I was accepted as a transfer student at NIU! My major is in Sociology with a minor in psychology!! I start in the Fall!!

4th of July Fun!

My fun started on the 3rd with a pool party for the youth group from church...but I ran into someones too sharp of a toe nail during a highly intense game of Marco Polo...lol, its all gravy though!!


Of course I had to put my red, white & blue on for the day of the 4th...so I decided to support my Cubbies at the same time!!



The 4th was started at the Kirkland parade with family!! I ran into my Marine buddy Brent & had to of course have the traditional picture taken with my mom, I mean the Duck...lol





Then I spent time with my cousin Kati at the Kirkland 4th of July carnival, we even got airbrush tats of giraffes on our wrists! lol it was WAY too fun!! After that Steven and I went to a bbq out in Cheery Valley with a group of my friends; Lauren, Nate, & Alex, Michelle, Amy & Jason! We had a bonfire, cooked over the fire some yummy smores & hotdogs, and even enjoyed the fireworks! It was a BLAST!!!


My fun ended on the 5th at the Rockford Speedway!! My friend Lauren, her husband Nate, their son Alex, and I all went to the races and enjoyed fireworks afterward!! This is Lauren and I at the races!
